<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicer including carry-out means of two systems capable of freely carrying sliced meat pieces out of a machine through easy switching operation, in one of a state that the sliced meat pieces are fed onto trays and a state that the sliced meat pieces are arranged on a conveyor. <P>SOLUTION: The meat slicer includes: the first carry-out means comprising a transfer member 12 which transfers a tray 11 to a reception position for a sliced meat piece to receive the sliced meat piece and then carries it out; and the second carry-out means comprising a carry-out conveyor 17 which protrudes a start end to cover a tray 11 at the reception position for the sliced meat piece and receives the sliced meat piece on the conveyor.
