<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a transparent electrode that is excellent in preserving properties under a high temperature atmosphere and increases the lifetime of an organic electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a transparent electrode includes the steps of: forming a thin metallic wire on a transparent substrate; forming a transparent conductive layer containing at least a conductive polymer and a water-soluble binder having a certain structural unit, on the transparent substrate and the thin metallic wire; and performing heating treatment on the transparent substrate on which the thin metallic wire and the transparent conductive layer have been formed, in a condition where temperature is 50°C or above and 90°C or below and time is 72 hours or more and 720 hours or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
