<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device and a semiconductor element which can reduce switching loss. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device according to the present invention comprises: a semiconductor element including a first element part having a first gate, in which on-off is controlled by a signal from the first gate, and a second element part having a second gate, in which on-off is controlled by a signal from the second gate; and signal transmission means connected to the first gate and the second gate, and transmitting signals to the first gate and the second gate so as to turn-on the first element part and the second element part at the same time when turning-on the semiconductor element, and to turn-off the second element part delayed from the first element part when turning-off the semiconductor element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
