<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of suppressing disturbance of a display image to prevent malfunction or hang-up even when a bit error occurs on a display list stored in a video memory 8. <P>SOLUTION: The image display device includes a video memory 8 that holds a display list for each frame; image processing means 5 that generates a piece of drawing data from the display list for one frame held by the video memory 8; display control means 6 that outputs the drawing data generated by the image processing means 5 as a display image; and error detection means 4 that detects a bit error when the image processing means 5 inputs the display list for one frame. When the error detection means 4 detects a bit error, the image processing means 5 generates a piece of drawing data of a frame next to the frame relevant to the display list in which the bit error is detected, the display control means 6 continues the output of the display image relevant to the drawing data of the frame prior to the frame by one. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
