<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer wall structure capable of being easily constructed on a building such as a house in a highly waterproof manner. <P>SOLUTION: The outer wall structure includes a wall substrate 2, first and second outer wall parts 101, 102 installed on the wall substrate 2 at its outdoor side positions, and a ventilation dividing part 6. The outer wall parts 101, 102 abut each other in the direction of crossing each other in a planar view. Between the wall substrate 2 and each of the outer wall parts 101, 102, ventilation spaces 3 are formed in communication with the outdoor side.
