A server is provided, which is configured to allow first and second project subsets 16p, 17p to be populated with information relating to, for example, health and safety information for construction projects. The first and second project subsets may be accessible by a first and second company respectively, the first company being a contractor 16 and the second company being a subcontractor 17. The server issues a first project identifier for the first project subset, which is sent to the second company. The second company may enter the first project identifier into the database to join the first and second project subset. The server is configured to set up different permission levels to the first and second project subsets for the first and second companies, such that the first company may have read and write access rights to the second project subset, and the second company has read access rights to the first project subset. |
