PURPOSE: A power transmission method and apparatus thereof are provided to effectively offer power to a power reception apparatus by solving power supply problems. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(18) senses load conversion states which is more than the threshold value set by a voltage and current measurement unit. The control unit transmits power for communication using a resonant signal generation unit. The control unit gradually increases transmission power values until a subscription request for multiple wireless transmission networks is received from a power reception target in a restriction time. When the subscription request is not received until the restriction time, the control unit stops the power transmission for the power reception target.
