PURPOSE: A waste heat supply system and a ship with the same are provided to smoothly supply waste heat energy required to produce electricity in a ship and to constantly supply the waste heat energy even if the output of an engine is changed. CONSTITUTION: A ship comprises a LNG storage tank(10), an engine exhaust system(1100), a gas combustion unit exhaust system(1200), and a waste heat recovery system. The engine exhaust system comprises an engine and a first exhaust line. The exhaust gas of the engine is discharged through the first exhaust line. The gas combustion unit exhaust system comprises a gas combustion unit and a second exhaust line. The gas combustion unit is connected to the LNG storage tank. The second exhaust line discharges the exhaust gas of the gas combustion unit. The waste heat recovery system produces electricity by using the exhaust gas of the engine and a gas combustion unit.
