A method for control of uniformity of ink supply in offset printing includes recording a file of a test form; manufacturing a printing form; adjustment of a machine for printing; check of settings of a moistening solution feed in a printing press; adjustment of contact strips in a distributing-inking group of inking and moistening system; installing the printing form with an image of test form; setting the level of supply of moistening solution and ink on the eighth of the maximum level; printing up to obtaining a print without a missing effect of coating of intermediate elements by ink. Then measurements are carried out on 51and 101print of optical density D, color differences &Dgr;E, expanding &Dgr;S on six sections of the image of the test form regulating the ration of printing and intermediate elements as 2:1 and intermediate elements to printing elements as 5: 2, and comparison of the results of measurement and printing to achieve acceptable values according to the ISO 12647-2. |
