The post has a shaped zone comprising a first bottom portion from which first and second parallel side wings (18) are extended. An end zone has a second bottom portion prolonging the first bottom portion of the shaped zone. The second wing and a third side wing (18') of the end zone extend from the second bottom portion, where a distance separating the first and second wings is greater than a distance separating the second and third wings. The bottom portions of the shaped and end zones form a base (16) of the post, and the second wing is common for the two zones.
