<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-optical device that has high cost performance, and further to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An electro-optical device includes: inspection wiring 71 that is led out at a peripheral portion of a display area and is provided on the same wiring layer on which a gate electrode constituting a transistor of a pixel is provided; and a plurality of pieces of video signal wiring 72 disposed so as to interpose the gate electrode and a first interlayer insulating film 45 therebetween.
