<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle brake control device that reduces noise of a pump motor during initial check with a simple configuration without increasing costs and improves durability of the pump motor while achieving energy-saving. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU (brake control device ) 16 of a vehicle performs initial check on the pump motor 15 of a hydraulic control unit 12 when the speed of the vehicle with an outside air temperature sensor 18 has reached a set value for the first time from the start of driving. The ECU includes a drive voltage control means that changes a drive voltage of the pump motor 15 at the initial check according to the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature sensor 18. Specifically, the drive voltage not under a low temperature condition is set to be lower than the drive voltage under the low temperature condition where the temperature detected by the outside air temperature sensor 18 is equal to or lower than the set value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
