PURPOSE: A prefabricated construction structure using a cable is provided to prevent a slab from sagging by installing multiple cables between piers. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated construction structure using a cable comprises abutments, piers(20), a slab(30), cables(40), and height adjusting plates. Hangers(31) are formed on the bottom of the slab and hang the slab on the cables. The cables are arranged along the width direction of the slab. The height adjusting plates are lifted up and down using height adjusting bars to support the cable.
