PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid polysiloxane-based compound with a polyhedral structure excellent in molding processability and transparency, and a composition using the compound.

SOLUTION: This polysiloxane modified compound with a polyhedral structure is obtained by hydrosilylating a polysiloxane-based compound (a) with a polyhedral structure having an alkenyl group, a compound (b) having a hydrosilyl group, and an organosilicon compound (c) having one alkenyl group in one molecule, wherein the addition amount of component (b) is within such a range that not less than 1.0 and less than 2.5 hydrogen atoms directly bonded to Si atoms of the constituent (b) to one alkenyl group of the constituent (a).
