Disclosed are a service adaptation method, device and system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a unique identity (GUID) generated for a terminal; searching for a key value identifier corresponding to the GUID, and acquiring information about terminal capability parameters according to the key value identifier; and adapting a service by using the information about terminal capability parameters. Through the present invention, the work efficiency and performance of the system are improved.
