Provided is a three-way valve and a water supply apparatus, wherein even in a small space, a valve can be precisely and certainly opened and closed by loosely fitting a wrench to a valve rod, and after maintenance, when once again fitting the wrench and adjusting so that the three flow channels connect, mistakenly turning the wrench 180° in the wrong direction can be avoided. The present invention has the following: a valve box (11), a valve body that can rotate within the valve box, a valve rod (12) that is integral with the valve body, a fixed block (13) that is fixed to the valve box (11), a valve side stopper (14) that rotates integrally with the valve rod and that can come into contact with the fixed block (13), and a valve open-close wrench that can be freely removed from the valve rod and that turns the valve rod. On the end of the valve rod a fitting part (12a) is provided that fits with the valve open-close wrench at a specific angle. When the valve body rotates in a state where the first and second flow channels are connected to the third flow channel, the fixed block comes into contact with the wrench side stopper provided on the valve open-close wrench, and when the valve body rotates in a state where only one of the first or second flow channels is connected to the third flow channel, the fixed block comes into contact with the valve side stopper (14).
