<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer apparatus which can appropriately print for printing paper with a different width while keeping a sufficient contact pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The printer apparatus includes: a thermal head 1 that applies heat to paper which is the printing paper; two or more first platen roller 15 and second platen roller 16 that each have a different width; and a shaft 14, a holder 17A, and a holder 17B, as a switch section that switches the position of the first platen roller 15 and the second platen roller 16 so that either the first platen roller 15 or the second platen roller 16 is located at a print position where to face the thermal head 1 for printing operation and the other platen roller is located at retracting position from the print position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
