<p>The present invention provides a charged particle beam radiating device that has a reduced device size, and is able to prevent ingress of radiation from an electromagnet (41) into an irradiation chamber. The charged particle beam radiating device is provided with: a conveyance line that conveys a charged particle beam; a radiating unit that radiates the charged particle beam to an irradiation subject; and a rotating gantry that supports the conveyance line (31) and the radiating unit, and that has a tube body that can rotate around a rotational axis line (P). The inclined section of the conveyance line is configured disposed passing through the inside of the tube body. As a result, the amount of overhang of the conveyance line overhanging in the radial direction is reduced. Also, a configuration is used provided with an occluding member (61) that occludes the radiation from the electromagnet (41).</p> |
