PURPOSE: Electronic cigarettes are provided to generate much smoke and to prevent a solution from being mixed with the smoke. CONSTITUTION: Electronic cigarettes comprise a housing with an opening, a cartridge(2) which is placed inside the housing or is protruded from the outside of the housing through the opening, stores a solution, and discharges smoke, a smoke generator(3) which is provided with the solution stored in the cartridge and generates smoke, and an opening and closing unit(4) for opening and closing the opening, an ascending and descending unit(5) for moving up and down the cartridge, an ultraviolet ray lamp(6) for irradiating ultraviolet rays to the cartridge, and a drive unit. |
