Device for eliminating the interruptions to the chain of refrigeration during the handling of chilled products. The invention relates to a device that enables chilled products to be made available to consumers in containers (12 or 39) without interruptions to the chain of refrigeration. Once emptied of their contents, some containers (12) fit inside others to facilitate their storage. This device consists of: - a fixed part left permanently on the sales surface and comprising a frame (1) to which a door (3) with a window (4) is fixed; - a movable part, a conical (12) or rectangular (39) isothermal container mounted on a base (17) of the same shape as the container, with wheels (15+16), in which the chilled products are placed. It fits in an airtight manner in the fixed part (1+3), the lid (2) or curtain (37) being raised. <IMAGE>
