PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing Morus alba L. extract with an ability of suppressing multidrug resistance(MDR) is provided to treat a patient with an anticancer drug resistance. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for suppressing multidrug resistance contains 0.01-50 wt% of Morus alba L. extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low carbon number alcohol, or a mixture solvent thereof. A pharmaceutical composition and a sitological composition for an anticancer aid contains 0.001-50 wt% of the extract as an active ingredient.
