PURPOSE: A broadcast access control method of a mobile application and broadcast service thereof are provided to selectively offer a broadcast service according to the location of a user. CONSTITUTION: A location authentication apparatus(17-1) confirms whether a portable terminal locates in a specific location. The mobile terminal connects to a broadcast streaming service. A streaming server(17-2) provides the broadcast streaming service to the portable terminal according to the confirmation result of the location authentication apparatus. The location authentication apparatus grasps the current location of the portable terminal using location information transmitted from the portable terminal.
