<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is based on polylactic acid and has improved impact resistance, heat resistance or mechanical characteristics in addition thereto at high temperature, in high humidity and with the lapse of time. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains polylactic acid, natural rubber and a carbodiimide compound having 5,000-15,000 mass-average molecular weight Mw and 2,000-5,000 number-average molecular weight Mn.
