<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio-factory management supporting apparatus which improves convenience of products of a bio-factory. <P>SOLUTION: In a bio-factory management supporting apparatus, by using bio-factory communication means, management means acquires bio-factory related information from a bio-factory to store it in bio-factory related information storage means and virtual society related information storage means, and provides the bio-factory with the bio-factory related information. By using user communication means, the management means provides a user with the bio-factory related information stored in the bio-factory related information storage means and virtual society related information stored in the virtual society related information storage means, and also, acquires information from the user. User information receiving means includes a plurality of service user candidate tables corresponding to the types of users, and according to an instruction by the management means, selects a service user table corresponding to the user from the plurality of the service user candidate tables.
