PURPOSE: An environment-friendly protective plate for a roadside tree, and a construction method thereof are provided to protect the tree without influencing the growth of the tree, and to supply rainwater to the tree. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of an environment-friendly protective plate for a roadside tree comprises the following steps: digging naturally soil from around the road side tree, and installing a panel; forming a foundation layer(10); forming a first adhesion layer(20) on the upper side of the foundation layer; forming a central layer(30) on the upper side of the first adhesion layer; forming a second adhesion layer(40) on the upper side of the central layer; installing a surface layer(50) on the upper side of the second adhesion layer; and removing the panel. The foundation layer contains 55-75wt% of natural soil, 10-20wt% of solid fixation agent, 10-20wt% of liquid hardening agent, and 5-10wt% of inorganic material extracted water.
