PURPOSE: A binding fixing device for a snowboard is provided to facilitate the replacement of a binder and firmly maintain the binding state of the binder. CONSTITUTION: A binding fixing device for a snowboard comprises a disk(20) which is jointed and fixed in a deck, and a fixing unit(40) which fixes a binder to the disk. The fixing unit comprises a combining member(50) which is mounted in the upper part of the binder and disk, and a locking cover(70) which is combined with the upper part of the combining member and has a locking lever(80) which is combined with the disk. The disk comprises four combining holes and a pair of secondary combining holes.
