<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part mounting device, an information processing device, a substrate position detecting method and a substrate manufacturing method that can detect a stop position of a substrate accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A part mounting device according to the present technology has a feeding unit, a mounting unit, a detection unit and a control unit. The feeding unit feeds a substrate. The mounting unit mounts parts on the substrate. The detection unit can detect first and second detection targets provided to the substrate. The second detection target is provided to be spaced from the first detection target at a predetermined distance in at least a feeding direction on the substrate, and it serves as a reference position of a mounting operation of the mounting unit. The control unit outputs a stop signal for stopping the feeding of the substrate to the feeding unit on the basis of detection of the first detection target by the detection unit, and makes the detection unit detect the second detection target of the stopped substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
