PURPOSE: Pear juice using alkaline reduced water and curcuma longa, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the original taste and flavor of pear. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of pear juice using alkaline reduced water and curcuma longa comprises the following steps: electrolyzing water to obtain the alkaline reduced water; mixing 5wt% of alkaline reduced water, 93wt% of cut pear, 1.4wt% of fresh curcuma longa crushed into 2-3mm, and 0.6wt% of Glycyrrhizae radix, and double boiling the mixture at 100-105 deg. C for 2-3 hours; and removing residues from the mixture using a juice-compressor, and extracting the juice.
