<p>Described is a device for preparing and cooking in the form of a household electrical appliance, including a vessel having a substantially horizontal bottom wall and one or more substantially vertical walls connected to the periphery of the bottom wall via a connecting wall. The device includes at least one blade or paddle for mixing and kneading ingredients such as bread dough placed in the vessel, wherein the blade or paddle, in its mixing and kneading position, leaves an underlying space between the blade and the bottom wall of the vessel.</p> |
