A wind-driven power plant with vertical axis of rotation includes blades connected with traverses to the shaft installed in the support with possibility of vertical displacements and connected to floater placed in the vessel with water, and electric generator installed on the bearing. The bearing is equipped with a disc installed on the shaft and has friction clip devices. The support is arranged as an upper, middle and lower bearing supports. The blades are arranged in two rows, fixed in hinged way and concentrically on the shaft, protected with a case. The blades of the first row are displaced with respect to the blades of the second row. The rollers are equipped with an elastic element placed between the disc and the vessel. |
