<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat that prevents a seat back frame from being deformed due to an impact of baggage from the rear without increasing cost and weight. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle seat is configured by supporting one side of a seat back frame 9 having a substantially hollow square shape in front view and composed of an upper frame 15, a lower frame 16 and left and right side frames 17, 18, by a seat cushion, a reclining device or a striker to the body of the vehicle.
