A double-zone gas generator of moist organic wastes contains a hopper, mounted on plunger wastes supply system which outlet is connected with tangential inlet into upper part of gas producer hole housing. The condenser box is bounded with spirally located plane, starting with the upper bound of tangential inlet. The guidepath strip is spirally installed on the inner lateral surface of gap housing from the low bound of tangential input to the upper gasification zone. The crossing is rigidly mounted in the upper gasification zone in transapical plane of the housing, which in section is made as reversed perforated trough. The chimney flue is installed along crossing axis, which is hermetically mounted into the upper cover of gas generator and closed with cap. Gas burners are mounted in pipes, located on the lateral surface of housing from four sides of trough. The tuyere belt is located in one plane with jets in sectors between them. The lower gasification zone is formed by three cut cones, mounted along the housing axis. The slot belt for generator gas removing is located between upper and medium cones. The free volume between medium and lower cones forms the slatted belt for introducing of steam air mixture into the lower gasification zone. The chamber for ash is located in the lower part of gas generator, along its axis in a form of pipe, inside of which the rotary screw with graded diameter decrease and increase of helix pitch distance throughout the height of screw is located. |
