摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a partially heated molded product which can effectively manufacture at low cost a partially heated molded product in which high rigid part and high corrosion resistance part coexist. <P>SOLUTION: A blank material 10a is formed by punching a rust-preventive steel sheet to whose surface the corrosion-resistant plating is applied and provided with a rectangular part 11a to be heated and an unheated part 12a continuing with the rectangular part 11a to be heated (a blanking process). While a pair of electrodes 30 are arranged in both end positions of the rectangular part 11a to be heated in the blank material 10a, the rectangular part 11a to be heated is selectively heated through energization between both electrodes (an electric heating process). While the press working by a mold is applied to the rectangular part 11a to be heated and unheated part 12a of the blank material 10a to mold the rectangular part 11a to be heated and unheated part 12a at the same time, the rectangular part 11a to be heated is quenched simultaneously with the molding (a hot and cold simultaneous pressing process). In the obtained partially heated molded product 10, the quenched heated part 11 becomes a high rigid part and the unheated part 12 becomes a high corrosion-resistant part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
