The arrangement has a turbo-supercharger (10) provided with a high pressure compressor and a radial high pressure turbine (12) in a radial construction. Another turbo-supercharger (11) is provided with a low pressure compressor and an axial low pressure turbine (13) in an axial construction. The high pressure turbine is supplied with exhaust gas leaving from the low pressure turbine over a flow body (14). The flow body is rotational-symmetrically formed along flow direction of the exhaust gas such that the exhaust gas is passed into a region of the flow body without speed variation.
