KEY OPENING/CLOSING SYSTEM, LOCKING MANAGEMENT DEVICE, LOCKING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND LOCKING MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locker device which locks and unlocks a locker using a non-contact IC mounted on a portable communication terminal.

SOLUTION: A key opening/closing system 100 comprises: one or more portable communication terminals 10 having a non-contact IC; a locker device 20 having a plurality of lockers; a locking management device which manages opening/closing of a key for the locker; and a management server 30 which manages predetermined information on each locker as well as a key information file including unlocking key information to unlock the key for the locker. The locking management device includes: non-contact IC reader/writer means; key information file generation means to generate the key information file when locking the locker; and key opening/closing control means to control the opening/closing of the key for the locker. The locking management device transmits the key information file to the portable communication terminal as well as the management server when the key information file is generated, acquires the key information file on the locker from the management server when receiving the key information file from the portable communication terminal and unlocks the locker when both pieces of key unlocking information are identical.
