<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL luminous part which can completely seal a luminous material at an organic EL element easy to be affected by moisture so as to prevent the material from touching the open air, and which can obtain a necessary sufficient quantity of light by a simple waveguide structure. <P>SOLUTION: The EL luminous part includes a plurality of the organic EL elements 20A which are arranged in an array form at predetermined intervals on a substrate and are air-tightly sealed by the substrate 21 and a sealing substrate 28.
