VIDEO TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OF A RING NETWORK

A video transmission system enabling easy acquisition and addition of any video signal is provided. According to the ring network, optical wavelength multiplexing and transmission of video signal to be utilized for this network is carried out, so that it is possible to implement an environment, in which all necessary video signals flow on the network. Consequently, by acquiring any video signal from the video signals flowing on the network, it is possible to acquire new video source, or by adding new video source to the network, it is possible to utilize the added video source by all apparatuses connected to the network.
