<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital/analog converter which is capable of reducing distortion of an output signal while reducing current consumption. <P>SOLUTION: In the digital/analog converter, a first capacitance control switch element is turned off when a first MOS transistor is turned on, and the first capacitance control switch element is turned on when the first MOS transistor is tuned off.
