<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an electrostatic atomizer more compact in size, and to achieve power saving. <P>SOLUTION: The electrostatic atomizer includes: a substrate 10; an N-type pattern 3 formed on the substrate 10 using an N-type thermoelectric material; a P-type pattern 4 formed on the substrate 10 using a P-type thermoelectric material; and a discharge electrode 6 connected between the N-type pattern 3 and the P-type pattern 4.
