<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet roll having high magnetic force, high accuracy and high productivity, to provide a hollow cylindrical magnet roll set, and a method for manufacturing the roll. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet roll or the hollow cylindrical magnet roll set is composed of a first block magnet functioning as a developing magnetic pole and a second block magnet as a main body.
