PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus of electrolyzed reduced water is provided to obtain reduced water of superior reduction force and ensure the natural pH value of the reduced water. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing apparatus of electrolyzed reduced water includes a reverse osmosis(RO) filter and an electrolytic cell(22). The electrolytic cell electrolyzes water from the RO filter into reduced water. The electrolytic cell includes a cathode(23), an anode, and cation exchanging resin(25, 25'). The cation exchanging resin is positioned between the cathode and the anode. Cation exchanging membranes(26) are between the cathode and the cation exchanging resin and between the cation exchanging resin and the anode. The cation exchanging resin is H^+ type cation exchanging resin. A water penetrating hole is formed at the cathode and the anode.
