PURPOSE: A light-emitting diode package and a lighting device including the same are provided to be utilized as a showcase illumination by including a fluorescent substance. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode has light emitting wavelength of 480nm to 430nm. A fluorescent substance is excited by the light emitting diode. A print circuit board(10) installs a plurality of light-emitting diode packages. A bracket fixes the print circuit board within a hollow portion(23). A pair of side caps respectively forms two pin type ground portions. A pair of inserting rails is formed inside the hollow portion. The print circuit board is inserted and fixed to the pair of inserting rails. A rubber packing is placed between the bracket and the side cap.
