PURPOSE: A switch for generating a long pulse voltage and a device for generating a long pulse current are provided to generate a long pulse voltage waveform through the gradual variation of a frequency. CONSTITUTION: A switch controller(190) generates a control signal. A frequency is gradually increased in a front section of a peak of a long pulse waveform. The frequency is decreased in a rear section. A switch(180) is on and off by the control signal. The switch has constant on-time.
