PURPOSE: A freshness maintaining packaging bag for packing fresh food is provided to use a functional storage unit for maintaining the freshness of the food from a distribution process to a storage process. CONSTITUTION: A freshness maintaining packaging bag for packing fresh food includes a tying unit(10) and a lower functional storage unit(20) integrated to each other. The lower functional storage unit is located on the bottom of the tying unit, and has a smooth and firm surface layer for freshly storing fruits and vegetables. The lower functional storage unit includes a functional sheet for circulating air, a folding unit, and an edge unit(4) on the lower side for supporting the tying unit and the storage unit.
