<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a frame rate becomes too low depending on the change method of the frame rate during transmission of moving image data by plural different frame rates. <P>SOLUTION: A load acquisition part 105 of a transmission apparatus 100 acquires the load of the transmission apparatus 100 (S201). During transmission of the moving image data by a first frame rate and a second frame rate lower than the first frame rate, if lowering the first and second frame rates, the frame rate control unit 103 lowers the first and second frame rates according to a load condition so that the difference between the first frame rate and a first changed frame rate after lowering first frame rate becomes larger than the difference between the second frame rate and a second changed frame rate after lowering the second frame rate (S206). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
