<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel and an imaging apparatus which suppress a local large load. <P>SOLUTION: The lens barrel includes: a first holding frame for holding an optical system; a second holding frame for holding the first holding frame; a corrugated leaf-spring which is arranged between the first holding frame and the second holding frame; and a positioning portion which positions the first holding frame to the second holding frame by pressing the first holding frame to the corrugated leaf-spring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
