<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit increase in phase difference between an input signal and an output signal. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device of the present invention comprises: a DLL circuit performing lock adjustment operation for coinciding phases of an input signal and an output signal by using a plurality of cascade-connected delay elements; a delay element power supply circuit supplying output voltage generated based on a reference potential to the delay elements; and a detection circuit detecting whether the output voltage is within a certain range of the reference potential and when the output voltage is not within the certain range, outputting a DLL actuating signal to the DLL circuit so as to stop the lock adjustment operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
