<p>An assembly for measuring the water level of a food industry machine has a water tank holding water to be heated, a load cell installed underneath the water tank so that a weight of the water tank holding the water impinges on a strain gauge of the load cell, a controller for receiving an electric signal from the load cell proportionate to a weight of the water tank plus the water in the water tank and converting the weight to a water level of the water tank based on a pre-determined formula and a display structure for continuously displaying a water level of the water in the water tank. The water level measurement device stays dry and free of scale deposits.</p> |
