PURPOSE: A rail transfer apparatus for a thermotherapy device is provided to improve a thermotherapy effect. CONSTITUTION: A rail transfer apparatus for a thermotherapy device comprises a rail unit(100), a heating unit(200), a transfer position adjusting unit(300), and a fixing unit. The rail unit comprises a parallel rail member and a bent rail member in which a curved surface is formed on the upper surface thereof. The heating unit comprises a heater and is installed on the upper surface of the rail unit. The transfer position adjusting unit comprises a moving member and a drive member to move the heating unit along the rail unit. The fixing unit fixes the location of the bent rail member.
