SYNTHETIC WOOD HAVING ELASTIC LAYER

摘要

PURPOSE: A synthetic wood including an elastic layer is provided to embody an elastic layer on a surface by constructing the upper surface of the synthetic wood using rubber materials. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic wood(100) includes a synthetic wood layer(20) and an elastic layer(10). The elastic layer is formed at one side of the synthetic wood layer. The elastic layer is composed of 15-to-35 weighted synthetic resin, a 5-to-15 weighted thermoplastic elastic body, 50-to-70 wooden flour, and one-to-fifty weighted addition agents. The synthetic wood layer and the elastic layer are integrated by a dual extruding process.
